"Red Tractor Almond Berry Granola Availability Issues"
The Fairprice site showed that Red Tractor Almond Berry Granola was available at FairPrice Nex, so I made the trek to grab some. But when I got there, it was nowhere to be found in the cereal aisle. Customer service informed me that they had no stock, despite what the website claimed. They mentioned that the site isn’t updated regularly. Seriously, why even have a website if it’s not kept current? You really need to sort this out, or you’ll be losing customers. I’m pretty let down. It feels like you’re getting a bit too full of yourselves for some reason.

"Post Cereal Infested with Moths, Expiry Date 22 Sep 23"
I picked up a couple of packets of Post cereal from NTUC JEM when they were on sale last month (end of Mar 23). I opened one of the packets and found moths inside, but the other one was okay. Both have the same expiry date of 22 Sep 23.

"Shopping Experience at FairPrice Finest, Bukit Timah Plaza"
On April 25, 2023, I visited FairPrice Finest at Bukit Timah Plaza. I was genuinely moved by the kindness and initiative of the cashier, KWEK JENNY. I had mentioned that I wished my helper was there to assist me with loading my groceries onto the belt since I recently had spinal surgery. Without hesitation, she took it upon herself to pack and load all my items into my trolley. Among the many things I bought were a 5kg bag of rice, 5kg of laundry powder, 3 liters of cooking oil, and 5 liters of dish soap. Not only was she incredibly patient and helpful to me, but she also assisted two other customers in front of me. I didn’t realize the extent of her help until I got home. Please make sure to pass on my gratitude and appreciation to Jenny.

The Fairprice site is super slow to load - like, way slower than nearly all other online shopping platforms. Hey FP, is it really that hard to create a decent webpage? I've been a loyal customer both in-store and online, you know!

"First time placing an order"
This was my first time placing an order. I got a confirmation and the money was taken out. But on the delivery day, nothing showed up. No heads-up was sent my way. I had to log into the site just to discover that my order was cancelled without any reason or explanation. Terrible service and honestly, the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

"Longtime Shopper's Feedback on Freshness"
I've been picking up my groceries from your store for over 40 years now, and while most items like salmon fillet are pretty good, I had a rough experience with the red grouper fillet I got last week. When I took off the cling wrap, the smell from those two slices was really strong and quite 'fishy.' They set me back about $12 or $13, but I had no option but to toss them out. On the same day, I grabbed two coconuts, and even though the expiry date is tomorrow, when I went to drink the water this evening, it looked all murky and the flesh was sticky, so I had to get rid of those too. I really hope FairPrice can step up and offer customers fresher products.

Watch out for the shady practices at NTUC Online. My recent orders had promised discounts and free gifts, but they never came through. The excuse? A minor promotion messed up the one I was after. When I reached out for help, it took a week to get a call back, and the staff were pretty rude, saying, "there's nothing we can do, just check the terms and conditions." This was after I had emailed them right after my purchase, clearly stating that I expected a full refund if the items didn’t arrive.
So, consider this a heads-up: treat NTUC Online transactions like you’re dealing with someone who lacks trustworthiness or business ethics. You might end up feeling insulted, as they might imply you’re the one being foolish.

"Unbelievable Service from Fairprice Call Centre"
I made an online order last Saturday, and when I checked out, I noticed the discount wasn’t applied. I called the Fairprice delivery hotline and exchanged a few emails with screenshots. After not hearing back, I called again on Sunday around noon. I spoke with an agent named Helen, and she was incredibly rude and arrogant. I explained that I needed the items urgently and wanted to sort out the issue to place my order. She insisted I wait indefinitely. When I asked to speak to her manager or a senior officer, she told me I’d have to wait until Monday. I pointed out that if the call centre was open, there should be a Duty Manager available. I said I didn’t mind holding if they were busy. Helen replied, 'Sure, you can hold and listen to music.' Today, I called again, and a team leader got back to me, but she was just as rude. She apologized for Helen’s behavior but said it was her job to protect her staff. Goodness, is this what they call customer service? I’m never ordering from Fairprice Online again.

"Absolutely awful service experience"
Absolutely awful service experience. The online delivery arrived incomplete. I tried calling the customer service hotline several times, but all I got was the chance to leave a message for a callback. Unfortunately, the response I received was, 'Sorry, our mailbox is full.' I couldn't even leave my info for them to contact me (if they ever do). It seems like I’m never gonna see the items I paid for.

"Steer Clear of Fairprice Online Shopping"
My recent experience with Fairprice's online delivery was a real letdown. The packaging for the frozen items arrived damaged! (No surprise the delivery guy took off so fast). I tried calling their hotline, but the wait was long, and when I wanted to leave a message, I found out the voicemail was full. Following the announcement's suggestion, I attempted to use their online chat, but guess what? It’s not available until January 21, 2023. My last option was to fill out a form at the Help Centre. It was super frustrating. If frozen or fresh groceries are involved, can’t the delivery person hang around for a quick check of the items (or is that not necessary since I already paid?)... I really like NTUC as a brand, and I hope they get better, but to play it safe, I’ll be shopping in-store from now on.

"Delivery Issues with My Order"
I placed my order on January 9, 2023, expecting it to arrive on January 14 between 6 PM and 8 PM. After waiting until 10 PM, it still hadn’t shown up. I called customer service, and it took nearly an hour to get someone on the line. Honestly, they weren’t much help. I got an email saying my order was delayed because of the festival season. If Fair Price can’t manage deliveries during busy times, maybe they shouldn’t offer online ordering at all. They postponed my delivery to January 19 in the email, but then I got a text saying it would come on January 17 between 2 PM and 4 PM. Seriously? Can you guys make a decision? Why should I have to sit at home waiting for something I was supposed to get on the 14th? They might as well not offer a time slot and just deliver whenever they feel like it. This is definitely the last time I’m ordering from Fair Price online.

"Terrible Experience"
Terrible experience - the initial delivery was more than two hours behind schedule, and the redelivery was marked as completed when it actually wasn’t. Customer support was nowhere to be found. Seriously, don’t bother with Fairprice delivery.

"A Chinese hamper order gone wrong..."
So, my buddy ordered a Chinese hamper to be sent to my house, but guess what? The delivery dude only dropped off a single packet of angbao instead of the whole hamper. The delivery service from NTUC is really not trustworthy. Plus, they don’t have a quick way for us to give feedback. We have to wait two days, and still, no one has reached out to us. This is just awful. How can they hire folks who lack integrity and are dishonest?

"Fresh Produce Delivery Experience"
Every now and then, Fairprice shows up with spoiled fruits and doesn’t even hang around for customers to inspect the items before they bounce. They do offer a complete refund, but it involves a bit of paperwork, which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of just 1. I’m not certain if this is a common issue for everyone, but Fairprice could surely improve in this area.
