"Fairprice website indicated that Red…"
Fairprice website indicated that Red Tractor Almond Berry Granola is in stock at FairPrice Nex. I went there from afar just to get the product. On reaching, I could not find it in the cereal lane. Customer service said no stock even though website indicated there is stock. Was told website is not updated. Why have a website you are not going to keep it updated? You must otherwise you are out of this game. So disappointed. You are getting more arrogant for some reasons.

"Post Cereal with moths, expiry date on 22 Sep 23"
Bought two packet of Post cereal from NTUC JEM during promotion in last month (end of Mar 23). Open one packet and relaized that there is moths in the packet, another packet was fine. Both expiry date 22 Sep 23.

"I was shopping at FairPrice…Finest, Bukit Timah Plaza"
I was shopping at FairPrice Finest,Bukit Timah Plaza on 25 April 2023. I was very touched by cashier , KWEK JENNY's kindness and initiative. I mentioned that I wished I had my helper with me to help upload my groceries onto the belt to make payment as I had a spinal surgery. Without a word, she packed and placed my entire purchase into my trolley. Among the myriad of stuff were a 5kg bag of rice, 5kg of powder soap, 3L cooking oil and 5L dish washing liquid. She was also very patient and helpful not only to me, but also to two other customers ahead of me in the queue. I didnt realise how much she had helped me till I got home. Please convey my thanks and appreciation to Jenny.

Fairprice's website takes a long time to load - a really long time compared to almost any other e-commerce site. Dear FP, is it that difficult to design a webpage? I'm your loyal physical and online customer leh!

"My first time ordering"
My first time ordering. Ordered was confirm and funds deducted. Day of delivery there was no show. No notification was given. I had to login to the website only to find out that my order was cancelled for no reason or explanation. Lousy service and my worst online experience ever.

"Have been getting my groceries from…"
Have been getting my groceries from your supermarket for more than 40 years, most of the items including salmon fillet are satisfactory except fish such as red grouper fillet which I bought a week ago, 2when I removed the cling wrap, the smell of the 2 slices were quite strong and “fishy”, they cost abt $12 or $13 but I had no choice but to discard them. Bought 2 coconuts on the same day, date of expiry is tomorrow but this evening when i was abt to drink the water it looked murky and the flesh was sticky so had to throw it away. Really hope FairPrice is able to provide consumers all the things that are fresh.

"BUYER BEWARE"
Dishonest/unethical business practices at ntuc online happening. Recent purchases included discounts/free gifts that were not fulfilled, reason given was that a small promo invalidated the promo I wanted. Complaints thru their service comes with phone call response 1 week later with rude service staff informing "there is nothing we can do, read the terms and conditions". This is despite an immediate email upon purchase informing that if the items in question were not delivered, I wanted a full refund.
BUYER BEWARE ALERT please treat ntuc online transactions as if you were buying from someone without any trust or business integrity (i.e. no trust on delivery quality/quantity/time of fulfillment,even price), lest you be offended by them insinuating you of your "stupidity".

"Ridiculous Customer Service from Fairprice Call Centre"
Made an online delivery last Sat upon checkout i realised that the discount was not applied. Called fairprice delivery hotline and had a few email exchanges of screenshot. Did not receive any update called in again on Sun around noon time. Spoke to this agent Helen and she was utterly rude and arrogabt. She could not solve my issue and i told her i needed the items urgently so i need to resolve the issue to place the order. She insisted that i wait indefinitely. I asked to speak to her call centre manager &/ senior officer she told me have to wait for Mon. I told her Im sure if the call centre is in operation there will be a Duty Manager. I dont mind holding on the line if hes busy. Helen told me ' OK You csn hold on the line and listen to music'.
Till today i called in again then a team leader called me whos similarly rude. She told me she apologize for Helen but its her job to protect her staffs.
Goodness is this customer service!
Never order from Fairprice Online again

"Very terrible lack of service"
Very terrible lack of service. Online delivery came came incomplete. Called the customer service hotline a few times but ended with only the option to leave a message for them to call back. Yet, the message i got was, “Sorry, our mailbox is full”. Couldn’t even leave anything for them to reach me (hopefully). Looks like I’m never going to get the products I paid for.

"Avoid Fairprice online purchase and delivery"
Fairprice online delivery is something to avoid from my recent experience. Delivered with broken packaging for frozen food! (no wonder delivery person left hurriedly). Called their hotline, long queue, wanted to leave a message and was informed voice message is full. As prompted by announcement, tried to use their online chat (guess what, its not available till 21 Jan 2023). My last resort was to fill up the form at Help Centre. A very frustrating experience. If there is frozen food or fresh groceries involved, can't the delivery person wait for you to inspect the goods (or there is no need since its already paid for?)... I like NTUC as a brand, hope they improve but to be safe, will shop in person hereon.

"Ordered on 9th January 2023 for…"
Ordered on 9th January 2023 for delivery on 14th January 2023 6pm-8pm time slot. The order still didn't show up after waiting till 10pm. Called the customer service hotline, took about an hour to finally had someone answer. The customer service didn't help much at all. Received an email stating that due to festival period. Seriously fair price can't even handle during festival period then don't make order online possible. Postponed my order to 19th January in the email, and then send an sms saying 17th January 2pm-4pm delivering. Hello? Can you even make up your mind on when to deliver? Why should i stay home to just wait for the delivery when i ordered it for 14th January to be delivered? Must well don't put any time slot for people to choose, just send at your own convenience. This will be the last time I'm ordering online from fair price.

Atrocious - first delivery date was over two hours late, redelivery claimed to have been delivered when it was not. Customer service unavailable. Never, never use Fairprice delivery.

"My friend had ordered a Chinese hamper…"
My friend had ordered a Chinese hamper to my place and ended up the delivery guy only delivered one packet of angbao packet instead of hamper. The delivery engaged by NTUC is not honest. And NTUC do not have an immediate feedback channel for us. Must wait for 2 days and still never get back to us. This is terrible. How can they engage ppl who has not integrity and dishonest.

"Online fresh produce delivery"
Sometimes, Fairprice delivers rotten fruits and don't even wait for customers to check the products before leaving. They do give you a full refund but it includes some admin work hence the 2(not 1) star. Not sure if this happens to everyone but fairprice can definitely work in this aspect
